The yoga center in Catania was born from the love for holistic disciplines and the desire to share and unite people with it.
It is a special space dedicated to the psychophysical well-being of the individual.
My approach to yoga is respectful of tradition but modern, suitable, and aware of the needs of those who must deal with a fast-paced society.
I transmit yoga as a mean, not an end, as a method, and not a medicine.
The yoga teachers of the studio are highly qualified, experienced, and caring.

During the week the yoga studio offers multi style and multilevel yoga classes so that everyone can get the maximum out of their practice.

Furthermore, I offer yoga training and workshops, special yoga classes, personal growth workshops and meditation in the weekends.

The students will find at the studio yoga mats and props of the best quality to use free of charge.
Depending on how long your stay in Catania is, you may join any yoga class by dropping-in or buying an entry pass.
