The yoga center was born from the love for holistic disciplines and the desire to share and unite people with it.

It is a space dedicated to the psychophysical well-being of the individual where everyone, through practice, can return home. That home that we only meet when we inhabit our body and heart with awareness and compassion.

My approach to yoga is respectful of tradition but modern, suitable, and aware of the needs of those who have to deal with a fast-paced society.
I transmit yoga as a means, not an end, as a method, and not a medicine.

I sincerely believe in the healing power of yoga for all those who practice it constantly and are keen to open themselves to it to receive its gifts.
However, as Pattabhi Jois said, yoga is 99% practice and 1% theory!
Therefore, a passionate group of qualified teachers awaits you to start the journey together; you only need to choose your favorite course, among yoga, pilates, and tai chi. We offer multi-style yoga classes.
