Nidra Yoga is the Yoga of the conscious sleep; this practice is a guided relaxation that lasts between 30 and 45 minutes.

The benefit of one session of Nidra corresponds to those of three hours of normal sleep.

This practice is good for all. It relaxes and restores the nervous system deeply. It is ideal to receive the session in the middle or at the end of the day.
