The program includes two yoga practices and a meditation. The lessons will be accessible to everyone regardless of the level of experience; we will practice in the morning and at sunset.
The morning practice will serve to awaken and tone the body while the evening practice will be restorative to prepare you for a truly restful sleep.
In your free time you can enjoy the garden by the pool where your senses will be pampered by the sounds and scents of nature.
