Alessia Bevilacqua
Born in Palermo, Alessia has always lived a life rooted in movement, sport, and well-being. After studying in Milan and living in New York, she returned home to Sicily. She first encountered yoga during a trip to France—and it was love at first sight, offering her a profound sense of presence, body connection, and inner quiet. Throughout her two-year MBA at Bocconi University, yoga served as her anchor. Shortly after graduating, she traveled to Bali to complete her teacher training at House of Om. Today, Alessia teaches to share what yoga has brought to her own life: awareness, balance, and connection. Her path naturally weaves together yoga, nature, and wine—three worlds that, for her, share a single language of patience, care, presence.

Simona started practicing yoga in 2005, exploring various styles ranging from Iyengar to Vinyasa, before settling on Ashtanga yoga, which has become her main practice in recent years. After moving to Germany, she completed her first teacher training course in Hatha Vinyasa yoga in 2018 and began teaching in 2019. Her classes are strongly influenced by Ashtanga yoga, as well as by the broad yoga experience she gained over her years of practice. Through the execution of the asanas, she aims to help you connect with yourself, your habits, and your ways of thinking and reacting. These are observed during the practice and can ultimately be transformed by taking the practice off the mat and into everyday life.
