What data we collect
When you fill out one of the contact forms on the site (to request information about retreats, teacher trainings, online courses, collaborations, or space rental), we collect:
- Name
- Email address
- Phone number
- The content of the message you send us
Why we collect it and for how long
We use the data you provide us solely to respond to you and manage your request (legal basis: performance of pre-contractual measures at your request, Art. 6.1.b GDPR). We do not use this data for marketing purposes without your explicit and separate consent.
We retain requests received through the site's forms for as long as necessary to manage your request, and for a reasonable period thereafter for internal record-keeping purposes, unless you request earlier deletion.

When you submit a contact form:
- Your data is securely stored in the site's private area, accessible only to authorized Kamla Yoga staff.
- An email notification is sent to Kamla Yoga to inform them of your request.
