General Terms and Conditions

Yoga · Pilates · Tai Chi Chuan · Postural Gymnastics Memberships — valid for the entire current year.

These terms and conditions apply to all memberships and class packages purchasable at Kamla Yoga, Via Grotte Bianche 113/A, Catania.

Memberships and Packages

• One credit corresponds to one class among those listed in the current schedule.
• All class packages are for personal use and non-transferable to third parties, even if unused.
• Individual class packages cannot be combined with each other, nor with registration for other yoga events organized by Kamla Yoga.
• Payment cannot be made in installments and must be made in full at the time of purchase.
• The package start date coincides with the purchase date, unless otherwise requested by the Customer at the time of purchase.
• The package expiry date coincides with the last valid day as specified in the app.
• Package classes must be used within the package's validity period and according to the classes listed in the current schedule.
• Credits for unused classes are not refundable in any way, nor transferable to another package, nor may they be used as single-class credits or transferred to third parties.

Bookings and Cancellations

The class booking and cancellation system follows the app's operating rules, as detailed below:

• The booking window runs from 48 hours up to 90 minutes before the class starts.
• A booking must be cancelled at least two hours before the class starts, or the credit will be forfeited.
• The two rules above do not apply to the 8:00 AM and 9:00 AM morning classes: these must be booked by 11:00 PM the day before. The same applies to cancelling the booking.
• The minimum number of participants per class is three. If this minimum is not reached, the class will be automatically cancelled, unless the teacher decides otherwise.
• Saturday classes may be subject to special rules.
• If a class is cancelled, the app will automatically re-credit the corresponding entry.
• Without a booking made through the app, a spot in the room cannot be guaranteed. If you attend a class without having booked it, the credit will still be deducted from your active package or charged as a single-class entry.
• When a class is full (ten spots taken), you can join the waiting list: you will be admitted if someone else cancels, in the order in which you joined the waiting list.
• The app records all bookings and cancellations, as well as your membership history, which can be consulted whenever needed.
• We strongly recommend enabling app notifications and familiarizing yourself with the app as soon as you purchase your first package.

Yoga Events

Booking and participation in individual yoga events is subject to payment of a non-refundable deposit in the event of cancellation by the Customer.

If Kamla Yoga cancels the event, the deposit will be refunded in full or transferred to another scheduled event, at the Customer's choice.

A yoga event is defined as any event that falls outside the yoga classes included in one of the class packages.

The Organizer reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is harmful to the group, the teacher, or the hosting venue. In such cases, the participant will not be entitled to any form of refund.

Yoga Retreats and Teacher Training Courses

Booking and participation in a retreat and/or yoga teacher training course is subject to payment of a non-refundable deposit to the indicated bank account, by the date specified by the Organizer.

If Kamla Yoga cancels the retreat and/or training course, the deposit will be refunded to the bank account specified by the Customer.

The balance of the participation fee must be paid using the method and by the deadline specified by the Organizer.

The Participant is not entitled to any refund in the event of withdrawal.

A Participant in an intensive residential training course is not entitled to the corresponding certification if they do not attend all classes, except in the case of a disabling illness.

A Participant in a weekend-format training course is not entitled to the corresponding certification if attendance falls below 80% of classes.

The Participant is not entitled to the corresponding certification in the event of voluntary withdrawal.

The Organizer reserves the right to remove any participant whose behavior is harmful to the group, the teacher, or the hosting venue. In such cases, the participant will not be entitled to any refund, nor to any certification.

Prices and Invoicing

Prices listed on the site are in euros and include any applicable taxes.

An invoice will be sent upon the Customer's request by the end of the month in which payment is made, to the email address provided at the time of order.

Jurisdiction and Competent Court

A Customer who does not reside or is not domiciled in Italy expressly declares acceptance of Italian law and jurisdiction for the interpretation, performance, and resolution of any disputes arising from these terms.

For civil disputes concerning the application of these general terms and conditions, the competent court is that of Catania.

Privacy and Use of Images

The Customer authorizes the processing of their personal and sensitive data solely for the purpose of performing these terms, governed and protected under EU Regulation 2016/679. For more details on how we process your data, please see our Privacy Policy.

The Customer authorizes the professional to use any audiovisual material produced during yoga events. Such images may be used by the professional for promotional purposes on Facebook, Instagram, the website, and other yoga-related platforms.
