Hatha Yoga - Vinyasa Yoga - Yin Yoga - Nidra Yoga

The lessons are designed to meet the needs of all practitioners, from beginners to experts. It will be care of the teacher to make the positions accessible according to the physical characteristics of each individual, through the use of variations and tools.

Kamla Yoga will give you the opportunity to deepen the practice of yoga from different perspectives, through the courses of Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin and Nidra Yoga. Choosing which style to practice, on the other hand, may depend on your physical condition, purpose and mental state.

Often the best solution is to alternate an active practice (Yang) with a passive one (Yin): this allows you to work on different tissues of the body in a complete and effective way. Choose the classes and styles that suit you best and begin your journey of spiritual transformation!

Learn yoga right from home and in complete relaxation. Find the quietest part of your home, make sure you have a good connection and create your own yoga space. Online classes are 60 minutes long and take place on Zoom.

To participate in the lesson you must book on WhatsApp at least three hours before the start time: in the message you must specify your name, the lesson you want to attend and your email.

After booking you will receive a link to access the Zoom room. The cancellation of the reservation can be made within two hours from the beginning of the meeting. You may choose to purchase one-on-one classes or partecipate in group classes.
