If you want a weekend of complete relaxation and well-being for your body and mind, this retreat is for you.
Three days to forget the routine and abandon yourself to the slow pace of nature in a dream setting. Guests can spend their days enjoying the beauty of the landscape by the pool in a lush garden suspended between the sea and Mount Etna.
The days will begin with a Qigong practice which will awaken the body gently and gradually by restoring the correct energy flow within the body’s meridians (energy channels).
At sunset and before dinner, we will practice yoga. We will carry out a slow practice, full of stretches and opening positions, to release any tension at the end of the day and prepare the body and mind for a truly restorative sleep. We will also offer a fascinating class on Taoism to provide some helpful information and to answer any questions.
Finally, we also put extra care into the diet which will be vegetarian. Brunch and dinner are prepared with love just before being consumed and using only km0 and seasonal products.
After the retreat, participants will experience a deep sense of relaxation, calm, and lightness.
