This retreat is for those who want to spend a weekend dedicated to holistic well-being immersed in the charm of the Val di Noto.
The retreat aims to be a mini path that offers participants the opportunity to practice yoga daily and to understand the deep bond that binds yoga to Ayurveda.
The yoga practice that will take place in the morning will be dynamic and suitable for awakening and energizing the body for the rest of the day. It will be a practice accessible to all because it is multilevel.
At sunset, we will carry out a restorative practice and an Ayurveda lesson to convey the general principles of this ancient science.

Our guests can enjoy a relaxing Ayurvedic massage with a certified operator to feel thoroughly pampered.
Finally, we also put extra care into the diet which will be vegetarian. Brunch and dinner are prepared with love just before being consumed and using only km0 and seasonal products.
After the retreat, in addition to experiencing a deep sense of relaxation, the participants will acquire a greater awareness of the body-mind connection, their body type with their corresponding diet, asana, and sleep rhythm.
